Hanalei bay resorts

The resorts of Hanalei bay offer you a great opportunity to see the island of Kauai from main street Princeville, the sandy beaches of Hanalei bay, the seclusion of Na Pali. Kauai is today one of the finest "Island Escapes" available, so if your on a short flight from the west coast or just island hopping come and make Kauai yours.

There are also some great beaches in the area, one of which is Hanalei beach. The others are Anini beach (windsurfers delight), Lumahai beach (from the movie South Pacific), Tunnels beach (24k gold sand) and Ke'e beach (great sunsets over the Na Pali coast).

There are a few things that you must remember if you are coming from other parts of the island to the north shore and specifically the Hanalei bay/Princeville area. For the most part the area has a small town feel. If you are venturing to Ke'e beach and Hanalei bay please remember that the last gas station is across the street from the scenic lookout (remember to top up your tank!).

The Hanalei bridge is an old, single lane bridge that is safe and will support your car. Please rememeber to be polite and only cross when it is your time. There are also a few restaurants in Hanalei town though Princeville does offer more choices for pack lunches and a large supermarket chock full of all that makes the Hanalei bay area so special.
